Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7643 Treadmill Review
The Sunny Health SF-T7643 is sold as a 'walking' treadmill with a top speed of 6 mph, so if you're looking for a machine to run on, this is not for you. However, if you're overweight and looking to start an exercise regime, this model would suit you fine.
Sunny class the T7643 as a 'heavy duty' treadmill, and they're not lying - it can support a user weighing up to 350 lbs! So if this is sounds like you, please read on. SF-T7643 ReviewASSEMBLY As treadmills go, this is a straightforward machine to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow, you don't need any specialist skills, so it shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes, absolute tops :0)
FEATURES & FUNCTIONS This is going to be a shorter section than most... because there really isn't that much to write about. It has a fixed incline of approximately 2 degrees which means you can't walk on the flat, or increase to worker harder and burn more calories. This is a pity, because as we said above, this is a great machine for walking indoors, so the ability to use a steeper incline would have been great. But we guess you can always up the speed.
The top speed of 6 mph is more than enough for walking, in fact, the top speed requires jogging to keep up with the belt. For most, 4 mph is a good walking pace to get your heart rate up. The motor is reasonably quiet and gives the impression it can handle 4 mph for hours with ease. The belt measures in at 44.5" long and 19.5" wide which makes for a comfortable space to walk on without worrying about catching the edges or slipping of the end! The cushioned deck means there's less stress on your joints than road walking, and will help you to workout for longer without putting pressure on your knees - especially if you are overweight. It has two bottle holders for those long walks, plus a slot for an iPad, screen (up to 13") or smartphone if you like to read or watch something during your session. If space is an issue, the deck folds up (see photo, lower right) so it can be tilted, then rolled out of the way on its built-in wheels. NEED HELP? Not sure what any of this means? Confused by the techno-jargon?

See our guide here >>> CONSOLE & WORKOUT PROGRAMS The small (very small) LCD screen displays just the basic information such as distance, time and calories burned. You can select the speed by either using the step-up and step-down buttons for 0.5 intervals, or the one-touch buttons for 1, 3, or 5 mph. The monitor is Bluetooth enabled so you can connect to your fitness app,
You can set the display to 'SCAN' mode so it alternates the display of your time, calories etc. And that's about it for the console. Simple but functional.
Sunny Health SF-T7643:
SF-T7634 REVIEW SUMMARY:The Sunny Health SF-T7643 does what it says on the label, and does it very well - it's a heavy duty model for walking. It has no frills or techy stuff that makes you go 'wow', but it's not designed to do so. If you're overweight and don't want to run just yet, it's a good choice. But if you want to run indoors... move along, nothing to see here.
